In a blog post, Facebook said that as people had begun watching more video on phones, they expected sound when the volume on their devices was turned on. Superstar to team up with Powerstar?

After sharing screen space with NTR in ‘Janatha Garage’, Malayalam superstar Mohanlal has now been approached for a pivotal role in Trivikram Srinivas’ next with Pawan Kalyan.
The writer-turned-director has apparently penned a special role in the film and felt an actor of only Lal’s calibre can pull it off, before approaching him. “Both Trivikram and film’s producer S Radhakrishna knocked the doors of the multiple national award winning actor with the script.,

The superstar sounded optimistic (verbally though) but is yet to come on board as he has a packed schedule ahead this year. Nonetheless, his response has got the entire unit charged up,” informs a source from the unit. The yet-to-be-titled film will roll from March 14 in Hyderabad.

Nag’s role revealed in Raju Gari Gadhi 2

After playing an ardent devotee of Lord Balaji in his Telugu release Om Namo Venkatesaya, actor Akkineni Nagarjuna will be playing a mentalist in horror-thriller Raju Gari Gadhi 2.
“His character has been designed in such a way that it will be a treat for his fans. He plays a mentalist. He will be seen riding a fancy bike in the film. He will be in a very different avatar and, contrary to rumours, he is not playing an extended cameo,” a film unit source told IANS. Being directed by Ohmkar, the film is a sequel to his own 2015 sleeper hit “Raju Gari Gadhi“.

The sequel also stars Seerat Kapoor, Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Shakalaka Shankar. The source clarified that Samantha and Nagarjuna are not paired together. “No, they’re not playing a couple. Also, Samantha is not playing the ghost… She will be seen in a very emotional role.” Nagarjuna will commence shooting in March. The film is being produced by PVP Cinema and has music by S.S. Thaman.

Powerstar Pawan Kalyan stepped into the shoes of Katamarayudu and the movie is currently in final stages of shoot. Directed by Dolly, the movie is the remake of Tamil film Veeram. The recently released teaser raised the expectations all over and Pawan will be seen essaying the role of a faction leader in Katamrayudu.
Shruti Haasan is the female lead and the makers are in plans to release the movie during summer this year. The overseas rights deal of the film has been closed recently. One of the leading overseas distributors bagged the rights for a whopping price of Rs 11.5 crores which is huge.

The movie should perform exceptionally well and should mint $ 2 million for break-even. Though it is a risk betting big on a film that is a remake, the craze of Pawan can sure do wonders at the box-office. Produced by North Star Entertainments, Katamarayudu will hit the screens during Ugadi this year.

A new mother needs proper care and time to recover from childbirth. And for that, they need to eat a healthy balanced diet, which doesn't necessarily have to be high calorie. Eating the right food is very important for new moms as it will provide them the essential nutrients without compromising on their health.
Here are foods that you must start including in your diet post delivery.
Brown rice
New moms should include brown rice in their daily diet as it helps to keep up the energy level and also provides the required calories that enhance the quality of milk breastfeed.
Being a rich source of protiens, eggs are the best way to meet your daily protein requirement. One should consume eggs regularly as it increases the level of fatty acids in the milk.

Salmons contains all the essential nutrients required for a healthy body. This fish contains DHA, a fat, which is vital for the development of a child’s nervous system. Experts said that a mother should contact her doctor to know how much salmon should be consumed as it contains traces of mercury too.
Green vegetables
Mothers should include lots of green vegetables like spinach and broccoli, in their daily diet as they are rich in Vitamin A which is good for them as well for the baby. Eating veggiess also helps in boosting the level of antioxidants in the body.
Start consuming legumes as it is a great source of non-animal protein. One can also add beans to the diet as they are healthy.

In a latest development, a study has revealed that work-hard, play-hard culture may put elite athletes at higher risk of substance abuse. After all, sport and physical activity go hand in hand with good mental health--or so conventional wisdom would suggest.
"Instead, what we found is with addiction, the more risks that are present, the greater likelihood it is going to develop," said de Grace, a master's graduate of the Faculty of Physical Education and Recreation. "Sport, it appears, has the potential to increase the risk factors."
Rather than looking at individuals in sport and trying to identify the pathway to addiction, de Grace flipped the model and interviewed people in recovery from addiction, virtually all of whom had a sporting background.

She categorized the participants based on their level of sport engagement, from recreational athletes to those who played sports as youngsters but dropped out in high school--often because of drugs and alcohol--to the largest group, elite athletes.
Though a full spectrum of sports was represented in the study--including gymnastics, martial arts, rowing and dance, most participants competed in team sports, hockey in particular. Patterns regarding the culture of sport began to emerge, the most prominent being social acceptance and normalization of drugs and alcohol, and how role models--if not implicit in the culture of substance use--did little in the way of curbing it.
Although the majority of athletes who are exposed to this nuance of sporting culture come out the other side none the worse for wear, there is a segment that needs protection.
